I&#8217;m actually very glad I did it &#8211; it was what you might call a formative experience.<\/p>\n<p>After the experience of university, to have the opportunity to go on a 270 mile odyssey before launching into work (and then a master&#8217;s degree, although I ended up not doing that) was fantastic. To raise money for cancer research was a bonus.<\/p>\n<p>So, tonight, talking about our experiences, reminiscing, and talking about possible future challenges, it makes me feel very good to start talking about the possibility of revisiting the Pennine Way next year.
